Custom & Personalized Items Because each piece is made to order with your unique name or engraving, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or the engraving is incorrect due to our error, we'll remake it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
